Problem with Uncharted 4 bundle

I hope I'm posting this in the right place, and I understand that I may be screwed. So I've seen this issue brought up to both Sony and Naughty Dog, and neither of them have actually addressed it. I don't know who to blame outside of myself for not testing the game before my 7 day return period ended, and before I made significant progress in other games. I've been keeping up with the new Spider-Man game lately, and decided to buy myself a PS4 with that game in mind. After hearing such good things about the uncharted games I decided on the Uncharted 4 Slim bundle, and I got the Nathan Drake Collection along with it. So to get the story I just started up Uncharted 1 the second my system arrived and played up through 3 for the next couple of weeks.

I finished Uncharted 3 yesterday, and went to launch 4 (I let the disc install completely and update first), and nothing. I got as far as the splash screen with Nathan in the jungle, and then greeted with the "Disc could not be read" error telling me I could have a dirty disc even though it's brand new and sparkling clean. If you leave that screen alone it changes to an error called CE-34878-0 which seems to be a general file corruption code given on multiple games. If I kept trying I could get to one or two of those character pre-menu loading screens, but get the same crash before actually getting anywhere. After looking the issue up and seeing that both Sony and Naughty Dog ignore it and play parents (go talk to mommy, go talk to daddy), I don't know what to do about this since contacting them seemingly gets nowhere and was wondering if anyone here by any chance had some sort of fix.

I'm not gonna return my system because I haven't seen a single person say that an exchange fixed their problem, and that some people have done up to 4 returns before giving up, and I'm past my Amazon return stage. My PS4 runs perfect otherwise and I'm overall happy with my purchase, but a little upset that I won't be able to play the game I spent my entire time with the system building up to. If this is truly unfixable for some reason, I wish that ND or Sony would at least acknowledge that it exists, as I've seen that ND goes as far to start deleting threads made about this issue.
