Ps4 (original) - colours faded and looks like 3D without the glasses

Hi all,

Just booted up my ps4, loaded fine but icons are barely visible and colours like red are only able to be seen. Strong colours like red lool like 3D without the glasses on.

Ps4 was on rest mode all last night and when booted up in the morning was fine. Turned it off and 10 hours later turned back on it had the problem. Havent changed HDMI cables but moved its slot on the tv.

Any ideas? Would love to post a pic but cant.
