Ps4 overheating anything worth trying to fix it? (I do not have a warranty btw so I'm open to try anything)

I've had this ps4 since release. It's definitely not a dust problem because I take my ps4 completely apart every couple of months and air dust everything. I also keep it on a nightstand by it's self the ps4 is out in the open with nothing trapping it's air. I have 6 games it only overheats from one of them for some strange reason. Only thing I can think of is trying to replace the thermal paste, but wanted to see if anyone else might know a potential fix.
