Purchased FIFA points for the incorrect region? Is there anyway to get a refund?

So I bought a PS4 for my cousin over seas (I'm US). He bought FIFA in the middle east and spent around 100 dollars on fifa points. He didnt get any however because of the different regions.

Does anyone know how to go about possibly getting a refund or being able to fix this problem? Thank you
