Question about WRC 5 eSports edition vs regular WRC 5

I know this is potentially a stupid question or I might be over thinking it but are there any limitations in WRC 5 eSports edition? Yes one would guess that it simply adds stuff on to the original but since the game is so old and the price point is so low, it's conceivable that the eSports edition only gives access to the eSports functionality so could someone humour my question please?

Please confirm that the eSports edition will be everything that the standard edition is PLUS have eSports add-ons and access to the competition. I. Also trying to confirm that I can play this game offline.
