Question; Is there any way to contact a manufacturer to repair/replace a disc with a manufacturer error?

I received a (physical) copy of the Bioshock Collection. The discs are unscratched, clear, and otherwise flawless but as soon as I insert either disc it starts grinding in my PS4 (without scratching) and 10-20 minutes into playing my PS4 will flat out freeze and spit out the discs with a read error. I'm assuming there's an issue with the width of the disc or something, because I've tried reinstalling several times and the discs are still being uncooperative.

All my other discs work perfectly fine, so I know it's not an issue with my PS4's disc reader (at least I hope). Sadly, I have no way to return the copy because I received it as a gift from someone who no longer has the receipt. Is there any way to talk with the manufacturer to sort this out or am I SOL?
