[Question] Licence expired?

So I got Rocket League with PS+ and I just turned my PS4 for the first time in 1 year on, and now when I try to play Rocket League it says 'Cannot use content. Your licence expired. To use content, purchase it from PlayStation Store.', it also has a lock one the RL app. So dont I own the game anymore?
