I saw that it says "free returns" on PS4 games on this site, anyone tried it? In the return policy they state that some items are non-returnable like "pay-as-you-go products (phone, games)", what do they mean by that, digital codes? Or they are going to say "sorry, you took the shrink wrap off, we can't accept it"?
