Should I upgrade my PS4's hard drive OR buy a PS4 PRO?

I have a launch day PS4 and constantly having to delete games to make space as I have maxed out he original 500gb HD. Should I upgrade the HD to a 2tb hd and take the time and re-download and reinstall everything or just I just make the jump and purchase a 1-2TB PS4 pro?? Any suggestions?
