So a couple of weeks ago my ps4 starts acting up. Every now and then i would get a "can't read disk, might be damaged" message (this happened with brand new games). Taking it out and putting it back in would usually solve it until yesterday when AC Origins would no work for the love of it. I decided to play some nier automata to take my mind of it, but as I installed the game (which i had already beat a while ago and then unindtalled) I get the same error. Same for every game that I install. Tl;dr: ps4 won't play any games that aren't currently installed, has it happened to you?
