I'm planning in picking up a PS4 slim to play Destiny 2 with friends this fall, and am waiting on the Amazon Prime Day sale to see if I can get a good deal on a bundle. I went ahead and created a PSN account, but haven't bought a Plus membership yet. I was wondering if anyone knew if I could purchase games with just my account, but without having an actual console yet? I'd love to try Shadow of Mordor, Ratchet and Clank, and God of War III, but don't want to miss out on these prices!
