Hello, I had the Golden Headset for more than 1 year and was very pleased with it. After finally being able to upgrade to the Platinum I can't help but compare the two. While sound and general build quality is better, I have a personal problem with the rubber strap on the top of the Platinum headset.
After merely 40+ minutes I am starting to feel a pressure, going all the way to pain on the top of my head form that rubber strap. It is really annoying to the point that I feel the pain after one day or so, even when not using the headset. I also adjusted the cups and the height of the headset in many different ways to no end, the problem still persists.
I wanted to turn to reddit as I read many reviews addressed the issue, but not a clear solution. This is probably because it is different from person to person and not everyone has this problem. I would also like to mention that I don't have a "huge" head and that I did not have this problem with the Golden headset.
I would not like to return it just for this, as the sound quality is so much better and I am pleased with the upgrade. So if anyone had/has this similar issue, did you find a solution to it? Will I just have to wait it out and eventually I won't feel it anymore? Any advice would be welcome! Thank you in advance!
