Unable to download despite free space

I have 73GB in free space on my HDD yet I'm unable to download COD MW Remastered - which needs no more than 41GB apparently...!?

Can someone give me a hand? Unable to find anything on here or Google and PSN Support on Twitter don't answer (LOL).
