Videos on the Ps4's web browser stutter, and are unwatchable...

I'm trying to use the web browser to stream TV shows on my TV. And it was working for months. But just recently, it started stuttering really bad. To the point that it is unwatchable. Occasionally, an error will pop up saying. "Not enough system memory." But I have over 100Gbs free? And when I try to use the Ps4's web browser, it makes everything on the playstation run horribly. The main menu will lag horrifically, and will do things on it's own will. I.E. go to home screen, click apps I never clicked, ect. Does anyone else have these problems? And do you know how to fix it?

P.S. I've tried rebuilding the database. And it didn't work...
