What's going on with my Ps4? Won't display 1080p now.

Alright, so first off, I've been playing fine at 1080p for years now.

But today, I turned my Ps4 on and nothing displayed on my TV. I put it in safe mode and booted up into 480p. I then saw my picture on the normal XMB, only in 480p. I went to settings and switching to 1080p made my signal die and nothing display ok my tv. I switched to 1080i and I can see everything fine, but now I have some weird artifacts on my screen. Like red and green lines.

Any help?
