Why am I still able to play online?

My account got banned by PlayStation, I got it back easily though. Got another PS4, no user or anything and made a new account, that account had a month free psn. I deleted that account and replaced it with my banned account (like the account isn't even there anymore it's completely wiped) but yet I'm still getting to play all my games online without ps plus? (Battlefield 1 and R6S) anyone know why this is happening?
