Will the Korean store's Witcher 3 have English menus/inventory/etc?

I'm currently in Korea and I want to purchase The Witcher 3 in the Korean PS Store as it's on sale. The game is listed as being in Korean, Chinese, and English, but I was wondering if that extends to the game's menu's and item descriptions, etc.?

Can anyone clarify?
