Anyone got any info on troubleshooting a wonky microphone jack on the DS4?

I have multiple headsets that all seem to be having a issue all of a sudden, I pretty much have to wrap my cord around the controller to get them to work. But why all of a sudden I'm having issues? Everything has been fine. I've tried cleaning the jack with no luck? Has this happen to anyone?
