Does anyone keep getting random bots messaging them recently?

For the past week or so I keep getting continuous messages from bots trying to message me on PSN. They all say the same thing if you keep responding to them but interestingly enough when I actually started to say something one time they actually responded with something that correlated to what I said.....which was weird. They always go on to tell you that they're in college and are bored and what to "put on a show for you" and then will send you a link to a porn site (which I didn't even look at, so I don't even know what the link actually is) but once I said "fuck off" and then they said "fuck me ;)" and I was like HOLY FUCK. So then I said "can your bots please stop spamming me" and then they said something like "I don't know what you're talking about??" So that was kind of weird. But anyway, I just wanted to know if anyone else is getting this, and if they know how to stop it. I keep trying to block all of the accounts but they keep coming back and it's annoying the living shit out of me. Is there any privacy setting that you can put where you can only have friends message you or something? If there is please let me know.
