Have had a PS4 since launch, starting to have issues.

I have had my PS4 since launch but recently have been having a lot of issues. My console takes FOREVER to load the store and other basic tasks, my download speeds are atrocious and the console freezes up. I love my PS4 but these issues are making it very difficult to use, is it time to buy another one? and if so should I get the pro? Thanks!
