Hello, I'm very new to the PS4 world. I recently bought a Gold PS4 slim(1tb) because of the great price point. I have installed 3 games(GTA V, Yakuza 0, and Nier Automata) and bought 1 digital(Alpha Mission II). I've realized that I don't really like the gold color and decided to buy the Glacier White PS4 Slim COD Walmart exclusive.
How can I swap my 1tb hdd to my new glacier white PS4 slim?
Both system have been updated to version 4.73. I tried swapping the hdds but it didn't work. Instead I got a message: "Cannot start PS4. Connect a USB storage device that contains update file for re-installation for version 4.73 or later".
What is the easiest way swap the hard drives? Thanks in advance
PS. I haven't really made significant progress in any of the games yet. I'm not worried about loosing game saves/data but if i can avoid having to re-install the games again that would be great.
