How does multiplayer on ps4 work with no delay?

I usually play games with my friends who are in Asia and Im in Canada. I thought there would be a huge delay while we playing but there is none. anyone know why? cuz when I play csgo/lol in asia server, i would get 300ms and it is a HUGE DELAY.
