I no longer have access to the same number used for two-step and Sony wants copy of old number phone bill, but I don't have access to it.

I was told by a member of Sony Chat that I'd need a copy of the old phone number's phone bill but I can't get it because the phone was my ex's cell phone. I have no way to get in touch with her so I'm really hoping I'm not screwed out of my PSN account so I'm hoping someone here might have an idea how I can get a text sent to another device or some other workaround.
