I own Rise of the Tomb Raider? Just showed up in my game library

So checking my game library I found ROTR sitting in it, now I did rent it and beat it but I never bought it... but surprise I downloaded it last night and I have access to the full game, anyone else get this game for free, was it a PS+ game and I'm just getting dementia?
