I'm going to be receiving a new Playstation 4 as a graduation gift and I'd like to start over, but I have a few questions.

I've had my PSN name since... PlayStation 2? I can't even remember at this point it's been so long. I've never made a new one, I still use my original PSN tag. As you can imagine, 'itschadlol' isn't really as funny as it was when I was a kid, so I'd like to start over with a new PSN tag. My questions are:

• Can I transfer my saves from my current PS4, to the new PS4, if I change PSN Tags? Heck, can I even play my saves with a new gamer tag?
• Is there anyway to transfer the items I've purchased from my current gamer tag, to a new gamer tag? I don't care about achievements or anything, but I'd like to keep the items I purchased.
