My dad is super-tempted by my PS4 but he's a PC gamer and just cannot use controllers at all. The XIM4 as I understand it is middleware that translates mouse-and-keyboard inputs to the PS4 as controller ones. Does it do this well? It doesn't need to do it perfectly for online shooting, just well enough for single-player stuff.
The second question is about games. He's super-interested in The Last of Us and Uncharted 4 because the main genre he likes is third/first-person action-adventure games that don't require pinpoint or twitchy gameplay, and have some kind of story to them. Are there any more PS4-exclusive kind of games like that, that don't overly-depend on fast QTEs for general gameplay? Either out now or on the way?
Cheers for any answers you have. I know the cost of the thing is pretty big so I don't want him to get one unless it works, there's enough of the kind of games he likes for him to not regret it, and that he can actually play them (he can barely do QTEs on PC games, no way he could play something like Until Dawn).
