Making an ID for PSN, need to use the same tag but edited to work.

Need some help with my Online ID moving to PS4 now, want to use my XBL Tag yet it denies it... Would like to have some suggestions about how to make it work for PSN ,Reterwer is the tag Looking forward to some suggestions. -Thanks Guys
