okay so my little brother has a singaporean account and apparently the credit card of mines got disconnected because it doesnt support the philippines address, and my billing information. so i decided to use my old account which is hong kong, placed up the ps plus there and activated the old account as primary but the ps plus is not working on my brothers account? i have researched and people say that it works?
