Is there any other person here who couldn't pre-order or buy games in the PS Store?
I'm from Argentina, and I've been trying to pre-order Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite since monday, and also tried buying Sleeping Dogs, but the store constantly throws at me an error screen which says some credit card info is wrong. A credit card I successfully used to buy Sonic Mania this saturday.
The error code is WC-40382-7
I don't know if this is a rather common problem in the PS Store, or if this could be a problem in my country. This sucks.
