PS+ 3 months extra with for a year plan (NL / EU?)

Not sure it's been posted before already and if it's a Netherlands only deal or a European one.

My PS Store (Netherlands) is showing me an add that from August 14th till August 29th you'll get 15 months instead of 12 months for a PS+ plan. This deal comes just before the €10 raise of the annual PS+ plan.

My current plan ends half November, so I'll be picking it up for sure (not sure if I'll get the 3 extra months though).
