Quick Question: Changing PS+ Regions

I currently have an American PS+ account. I will be moving to Asia soon and plan on buying an Asian PS+ account once my American one expires.

My question is: will I still be able to play all of the free PS+ games I have accumulated and the digital games I have bought if I no longer have my American PS+ account and instead have an Asian PS+ account?
