Two PS4s on same home network - any issues?

I'm thinking of getting the family a second PS4 for Christmas (or early Christmas).

1. Should we expect a price drop for the PS4/PS4 Pro around November?
2. Are there any issues with both having the same library of games (since I'd be the main account holder for both)? Like, will they let us play all the games on both?
3. Will multiplayer games like Titanfall 2 and Destiny allow us to play together without issues?
