For my first time I have experienced the famous error and I need help. Most likely I got banned because I switched between 2 accounts 3 times pretty fast, my question is should I wait for 24-48h before contacting ISP for changing IP or PSN support, because on most of the forums of this problem people said they got it removed after few days.
