Am I able to deactivate a console that I have set as my primary, even though I don't have it anymore.

My Ps4 broke and is binned,

Is it possible to deactivate it as my primary? as I am on the mobile website and in the account settings it says you can only deactivate your PlayStation system directly from the system its self
