This morning when I woke my PS4 from rest mode I couldn't connect to the Madden/EA servers. I thought it might be maintenance so I switched to Destiny 2 but that couldn't connect either.
I thought maybe there was an OS update needed, so I went into the PSN Store since that will sometimes prompt the software update if there was one. The store connected fine. I tried Madden and Destiny each one time again, and same error.
Restarted the PS4, and got the same error. Went into settings and tested connection. Everything came back fine.
Then I tried Plants Vs. Zombies 2 which is also EA, and that wouldn't connect either.
The next game on my bar was Elder Scrolls Online. Surprisingly, it worked perfectly.
I also checked my PS Plus subscription, but it doesn't expire until 2018.
Anyone else having weird issues this morning?
