Broadcast question

I want to start streaming Smite, just to see if I can make money off of it. I really enjoy the game, my top favorite. Just need to buy the God Pack.

My question is... is there a way that I can broadcast my face through my chromebook's camera? Like... stream through YouTube but use the camera on my chromebook to show myself.

If there's no way possible ima just have to buy a playstation camera.
