Can I purchase PS Store US DLC?

Hi I have PS4 SG account unfortunately, PS Store Asia su*ks coz they don't have all the games and DLC.

Now I have this R-ALL game and I want to purchase a DLC in PS Store US. Question is, can I purchase the DLC with PS Store US account and play with my PS4 SG account?
