Can someone reccomend an HDMI splitter? (in the UK) that won't need a seperate power supply?

I've had a couple from amazon, but none of them can actually supply the PS4 with power and with the TV mounted on the wall I don't want a million wires just to use it

The only other thing I need to use with it is my Switch (and very rarely a virgin TV box) I only really need it because it's a pain in the butt getting to the HDMI ports with the wall mount I have

I also don't wanna spend a massive amount on this if possible
