Can you use remote play on a PS4 with 2 accounts? Example inside.

I have a buddy who wants to play FFXIV online but doesn't have a PS4. I currently play FFXIV on my PS4. Assuming he owns the game, could he remote play his Vita on my PS4 while I'm playing the game? Does that make sense?
