Can't add funds to my wallet or buy anything in the ps store.

I've tried my credit cards, made sure all the info was correct. I've tried ps cards. Nothing. It won't let me spend money.

I've tried the live chat and calling in. Just getting the run around.

Anyone with any tips on how to deal with this? Very frustrating.
