Does the PS4 Controller have an emergency flashlight mode?

In north Florida getting ready for Hurricane Irma. Part of the prep is plugging all rechargeable devices in. Running through the list, I thought of the PS4 controller.

Does anyone know if there is an 'emergency flashlight mode' that can be triggered on the controller? While it will never beat a flash light, it would be great to have another couple of hours of diffused light from a device that normally carries a charge anyway.

With the PS4 unplugged, all I have been able to do is get a white strobe from the controller that lasts about 15 seconds and then shuts off.
