I recently moved and hooked up my PS4 and wanted to connect it to my new internet so I can remote play and update all my games. However when I turned it on my controller won't connect even though it shows the orange charging light when plugged in. I know the bluetooth still works since the controller has no issue connecting to my laptop. I have tried multiple MicroUSB cables in an attempt to troubleshoot this issue as well as resetting the controller through the button in the back. I only have one controller so I can't attempt to change any PS4 settings to troubleshoot. Does anyone know what steps I can take at this point besides calling Sony because I'm at a loss here.
