I built a controller through their website, but upon arrival today, I noticed that the painted back plate was not done and the face buttons were not changed out. The face buttons came stock, when I paid for metallic painted. Everything else was good, smart trigger action was fantastic, D-Pad was great, etc.
My question is, is BBC reliable in correcting mistakes? I hope that they can correct this, it really sucks that I have to ship it back as I was really excited about using it tonight during our Destiny raid. I can only hope they'll reach back soon and tell me they will fix everything.
