[HELP] Cannot activate new PS4 Pro

Hello,

So I have my first PS(very handsome white PS4 Pro) after a long break and everything would be nice if i could activate it. Unfortunately every time I try to sign in it gives the same error:

CE-35287-5

I can sign in to my PSN account through website and PS app, also I tried factory reset of console, different wifi network and still same error haunts me:( Do you have any ideas? I don't want my first PS4 experience to suck
