I'm getting so angry... I need to deactivate a PS4 I don't own anymore. It seems you can't.

Here's the story:

Tried to activate my PS4 as my prime. Wouldn't let me. Told me I already had one active. I went to website for Sony, signed in, tried to deactivate from there, told me i needed to go on my PS4 and gave me a link if I didn't have access. Link told me i could deactivate it from web. I tried and all i got was a screen telling me how to deactivate a ps4 I own!!

I am so angry, I keep going in circles. I just want to activate my PS4 as prime. Is that so bloody hard?
