I'm having trouble playing rainbow six siege because I have a type 2 NAT.. does anyone know what I can do?

So I'm in the military and living in barracks so I have to pay for wifi and therefor don't have my own router. I just paid $60 for Rainbow six siege on the PlayStation store and it's not letting me play in online. Idk what to do, so if any of y'all could help it'd be much appreciated. Thank y'all.
