Is your EA username rbshw? You have entered the wrong email address on your EA account.

If your username is rbshw, then your have the wrong email address registered to your EA account, and various other accounts.

When you tried to reset your password today (17th Sept), the email from EA came to my email address.

I also recall getting an email from Argos when you ordered your PS4 for collection/delivery and also from Playstation Network when you created your account on 29/04/2016.

You also tried to change your PSNetwork password on 11/08/2016.

I'm sure that you're probably finding the lack of emails from EA/Playstation Network frustrating when you try to do anything with your account, but this is the reason why you aren't getting any of these emails...
