Just got a second DualShock. Best co-op game to play with non-gamer girlfriend?

So my girlfriend bought me a second DualShock for us to play games together, but unfortunately my library is based mostly off of single player games. What are some good co-op games I could get that would be easy for someone who doesn't play games much to get the hang of?

I'm pretty sure I own Guacamelee, which I think is co-op, WipeOut Omega, LBP3, and also Overcooked on Switch. Any other gems out there that'd be pretty easy for someone to pick up and play?

She isn't a full fledge gamer, but she does play games sometimes. She spends a lot of time rampaging on GTAV, but struggles with first person controls. Other than that, she barely plays. But she's willing to learn!
