Little Nightmares Constantly Crashing!! Any Help?

To any of you who own or have played the game on PS4, did you encounter any crashes/errors which completely closed the application?

I bought a physical copy of this game yesterday, installed all the updates and what not with no problems. I've managed to play through the first level but now my game constantly crashes when I have to press a button to access an elevator on the second level!! The game has done this three times now in the exact same place.

Do any of you know what is causing the errors, how to fix or just experienced the same issue? Any help is appreciated as I can't find any for the PS4 version online.
