Making new PS account without repaying for Plus

I’d like to make a new PS account but I’ve already paid for Three months of plus on my current account. Is there anyway to sort of like switch the plus over if that makes sense. I’ve forgot password to my current account and can’t change because I’ve forgot the password for my email too. TIA
